There is NO certification or registration of your animal recognized by any federal credentialing body or the ADA. This is simply a way for these “phony” websites to get your information so they can sell you products!

Be careful what you buy as many websites offer packages that sound all inclusive such as Ultimate package or even Ultimate Lifetime package, but fail to disclose that these packages (priced at over $159.00) Do NOT include the one thing you do need (the signed letter from a mental health professional!)! When you show your landlord what you have and he says this is not valid you call the company and they then tell you you now need the “doctors letter” and charge you an additional $99.00-$159.00!

Total scam!
Dr. Azul has always made it a practice that we at American Support Animals explain that the only item that is 100% completely necessary is the Physicians letter of necessity, But provides cute items and decorations such as vests, tags, certificates etc that are OPTIONAL!

Don’t be fooled, scammed or ripped off!
